Audience Feedback
Listening is the most important step for communications. Whether you engage with your audience in a focus group, in one-on-one interviews, or by listening to feedback from digital channels, you have to be able to see your audience’s perspective. Audience feedback is a tool that should be used throughout the lifespan of your communication.
Get feedback from your audience:
test messaging regularly and often
ask your audience how and when to communicate
test, test, and test some more
use data to hone messaging
